  • Access to our club and coaches is included with any membership of Pallas Fitness. So if you are already a member of Pallas Fitness, coaching is FREE. We charge an additional fee for training programs, but you are welcome to come in and work on technique with our coaches.

If you do become a regular trainee and use our equipment on a regular basis, we do charge an annual fee to pay for equipment (platforms, plates, barbells, blocks, etc). Last year this fee was $200, but this is only required if you are a regular attendee.

  • Our fully individualized programs cost $135 per month. These programs are updated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis (depending on the athlete and their situation), and feedback is provided for every session. We do offer a reduced rate of $100 per month for the first two months of programming.

  • Our programs are comprehensive. In addition to strength and technique work, we also include mobility and prehab exercises, as well as accessory work to help you look good and lift well. The structure of the program is up to your goals and needs. We keep track of all necessary metrics to help us make data-informed decisions about your training.

  • Yes! Many of our members keep their personal barbells in the gym. You’re also welcome to keep shoes, knee sleeves, belts, etc at the gym.

  • No, you do not have to compete. We will try to convince you! But it is by no means a requirement.
